The career of doctor is really the most prestigious jobs which are being practiced in the market. They form the top job position with the engineers. They do some of the jobs which save the people from the condition when the people start to think that they cannot be saved. However there job is a very difficult one. I will explain this with some examples.

  1. Doctors have to deal with the human body. Even a slight mistake can lead to the death of the patients. Hence they have to show the concentration of the highest order. Let’s take an example of a child specialist. When the child is born then in most of the cases he suffers from some diseases. If the doctors do not examine the child well then the child might even die. Hence they have to make sure that they take all the information carefully.
  2. The blood really makes the doctors sweat a lot. All of their clothes get dirty while operating on the patients. There is also a very good chance for them to be affected by the germs which comes out of the patient’s body. Hence a good doctor is one who safeguards him from the germs while operating on patients. As a professional you will get so many job opportunities that you will get a lot of difficulty in choosing which the best is. I really feel that most of the employees spend most of their time in the workplace where they do their work. Hence it is really required for the employees to look after their workplace and I must say that they will be really annoyed if they are not getting the right condition to work. But the question really arises that what you should really keep in mind as far as the workplace is concerned?

I feel that there are many things which you should really keep in mind. They are as follows:

1. Proper bathroom
I really feel that this is the first thing which should be confirmed. I too do feel that it should really be well maintained.

2. Better sports center
Most of the employee really go tired working for long hours in the office. Hence I must say that they should really be provided with something which can really make them fresh. Sports like billiards, chess, table tennis and lawn tennis etc. are really good for health. Hence I must say that they should be provided with the opportunity of playing such sports in the leisure time.

3. Cafeteria
I really feel too hungry when we talk about food. Hence you can understand that how hungry the employees would be feeling after they have worked for long hours. I must say that they are really quiet hungry. I have always checked for the cafeteria in the companies where I have worked with.
However, no person do say anything if they are not provided with one. Nor did I ever tell such thing.
But after a long experience, I really found out that the employees feel really great when they are provided with the cafeteria inside the office campus. This really does not mean that I am too found of eating. You can keep yourself at this place and you will definitely find out that you too would appreciate if you have a cafeteria inside your office.

4. Other accessories
It would really be good if the company have a park as well as a swimming pool. I really not mean that these are the compulsory things. I just want to say that it would be better if these are really provided.

These are some of the things which every employee dreams of to have it in their offices. However you cannot really hope for these things if you are in the field work. You will certainly then dream of the food coupons which you will be using in different shops. You will argue that you can use your debit or the credit card for this. But I really meant that the company should provide them with some allowance which they can use during the field work.

Now days the employees of different companies tend to change the companies as if they are changing the video games. I really feel that you will definitely find them to be more versatile now than before. But this is really not a good sign for the companies who would really want them to be working with them for a longer period of time.

The companies are really worried about the fact that the employee whom they are giving the training would stay with them or not. I really feel that the employees are really giving the companies some sleepless nights. They are really worried because they will be benefitted only when the employee whom they are giving the training would stay with them for a longer period of time.

In order to make this happen I really feel that the companies would really have to change their tactic of preparing the contract. I do feel that they have to change the logic which they are using at present.

I would like to list some of their tactics for you. They are as follows:

  1. The first thing which really comes to my mind is that the companies who ask their employees to sign a two years bond with them should give better salary ad also salary hike every six month. It should be also being made sure that that they are not threatened to be thrown out of the company. If the company would make this policy their own then I must tell you that the company as well as the employees would have better space to breathe.
  2. You should really know that the biggest fear in the mind of the employees is that they will loose the job. The other thing which also creep their mind is that they are not getting the salary hike which they should have got. Hence the contract should be made as such that that the employee should feel safe.
  3. The other thing which I would like to ask is that will you stop if you are getting a better opportunity from some other company and the salary is just the twice what the employee is getting at present.  I really feel that no one will stop. Not even you will stop. Hence if this is the case then the company should really try to turn smart. But how can they look smarter. The answer is simple that they should write a clause in the contract about such sudden exit of the company. They should really allow the employee in such cases. I would really like the company to implement this at once because no employee will really stop no matter whatever the condition might be.
